** To view any of our rental homes, you must have a valid drivers license and provide us with your cell phone number.  If the home is vacant, you may pick up a key at the office and view the home yourself. We require a copy of your license and a $60 key deposit payable in cash ONLY. The key must be returned to the office by 4:00 pm.  If the key is not returned the deposit will be forfeited.  If the home is occupied or furnished, you must make an appointment with our Rental Manager Sonya Booher to view the home.
